Heymi Kuriel is the CFO at Urban, bringing over 42 years of experience in the heavy construction industry. Heymi is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and risk management. He also actively oversees field operations to mentor the next generation of superintendents.

Heymi began his career at Urban as a Project Superintendent and, over the course of his distinguished career, advanced to the role of General Superintendent. He successfully managed the construction of high-profile projects including Citi Field, Times Square Tower, Whitney Museum, The Reuters Building, 7 World Trade Center, PSAC, MoMA, the Empire Theatre relocation, and the lifting of the Palace Theatre. Heymi is a member of The Moles, American Society of Civil Engineers ASCE, and Deep Foundation Institute DFI.

He received his engineering degree from Federal Polytechnic Institude in Lausanne, Switzerland.
