Richard Falcone is a Vice President at Urban, with over 20 years of experience in the heavy construction and civil engineering industries.  In addition to managing heavy construction projects, he has intricate knowledge in foundation and civil design, construction means and methods, and various types of design related to the support of excavations. Richard also oversees a team of skilled project managers and engineers who manage heavy construction projects from every aspect, from the pre construction phase to closeout.

During his time at Urban, Richard has been involved in many complex projects. Some of the more notable projects include the foundations for the new TWA Hotel and Conference Center at JFK Airport, the lifting of the Palace Theater in Times Square, as well as the Getty Building and Fouquet’s New York Hotel in Manhattan. Richard prides himself in the “outside the box thinking” approach to engineering and problem solving along with his ability to collaborate with other Engineers, Designers, and Contractors in both a traditional and non-traditional manner.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Deep Foundation Institute.

Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.  Rich enjoys coaching youth sports, raising funds for various Parks Foundations and Charities through sporting activities, and spending time with his tight knit group of family and friends.
